Program Overview

Our Vision: To create a program where students will collaborate, learn, and build real-world applications.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: 13-17 years old
  • Proficiency in Python, HTML, and CSS

Program Goals

Program Structure

Recruitment Phase (January - March)

  • Interested students submit an online application form.
  • Qualified candidates will be invited for an interview.
  • Shortlisted students can participate individually or as a team, based on skill sets and interests.

Project Selection Phase (January)

  • Mentors will be assigned to each student or team.
  • Students will submit their project ideas to mentors and get approval.
  • Students will choose the tech stack for the project.

Preparation Phase (January - March)

  • Focus on guiding the students to learn concepts/applications that are needed for the project.
  • Simple exercises to solidify their learning.

Project Development Phase (April - May)

  • Students develop end-to-end applications.
  • Weekly review sessions with mentors to provide guidance throughout the project development process.
  • Showcase of final projects at the end of the program.

Program Rules

Code of Conduct

  • Regular attendance and engagement in program activities are expected
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with mentors and peers.
  • All work must be original and individual your team’s effort.

Program Guidelines

  • Participants are expected to dedicate a minimum of
    • One hour per day during preparation phase
    • 3 hours per day during the project development phase.
  • Regular participation in weekly calls is mandatory. Failure to attend without prior approval from mentor will lead to termination from the program.
  • Adhere to project deadlines and submission guidelines.
  • Protect the confidential information of the program and other participants.
  • Any intellectual property created during the program belongs to codePannu. codePannu retains the right to showcase and use the project outputs for all purposes.

Program Outcome

Successful completion of the highly competitive codePannu Developers program will yield the following:
